COOPERATION WITH FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES AND ORGANIZING LECTURES

    According to Memorandum with Krakow University of Economics in Poland, prof. Akrom Omonov as a Head of “Banking” Department of Tashkent Institute of Finance was participated in “International Week” in the framework of Erasmus + KA107 program which was held during the first half of April in the current year.  

 

    About twenty professors of specialized economics universities from more than ten countries attended at “International Week”. Particularly, professors from St. Petersburg State University of Economics, Solbridge International Business School in South Korea, Hong Kong Lingan University, Kiyev National University, Alexandar Xhuvani University in Albania, Kazakh State University, Economics Universities in Serbia and Croatia actively participated in this event.

 

    In the framework of “International Week”, Mr. Omonov presented about economic and social life of Uzbekistan and Tashkent Institute of Finance to the participants of event.  Professor A. Omonov gave a 8-hour lecture on the subject of “Banking system and implementation of monetary policy in Uzbekistan” to the students in Bachelor’s degree and Erasmus international students in Krakow University of Economics.

 

    In addition, professor A.Omonov negotiated with Dr. Eva Miklazivska as a Head of “Banking” department and Agnezeska Navroka as a Head of “International Relations” department about organization of courses on exchanging experiences between Tashkent Institute of Finance and Krakow University of Economics as well as joint international grant implementation.

 

   Besides, it was agreed to develop mutual cooperation in the framework of educational grants and scientific research with universities from South Korea, Ukraine, Albania, Kazakhstan and Croatia.
